In Northern Portugal, management at Sao Joao da Madeira shopping mall have decided to give its patrons a dose of provocative art. Inside both men’s and ladies washrooms they have enclosed scantily dressed mannequins. These naughty mannequins are positioned in a way to give you that , “I think I’m being watched” feeling.
