Recently I told you about the King’s Walkway, a man made path hanging off of cliffs of El Chorro, near Málaga, Spain that seems like something out of a Lord Of The Rings Movie.

Span isn’t the only place that has unusual cliff pathways though. In China, on Mount Huashan, east of Xi’an, Shaanxi province there exists another man made cliff pathway leading up to a temple at the peak. Some of the mountain stairs seem impossible to climb. Brave pilgrims and tourists alike climb this pathway every year to reach the temple at the peak. Those who have a fear of heights should probably avoid this place. Check out the videos at the bottom of this post to get an idea of the magnitude of this place, it is truly one of the wonders of the world and for those brave enough to tackle it, a rewarding expedition on your China Travel.
