Very well put.. was hoping though to find an answer, as it has been driving me crazy that I set every setting I can find to NO STANDBY... ALWAYS ON... etc...  but no matter what I do... some way or other, it winds up in standby...

Someone.. PLEASE...  how to disable the whole standby function at the root or base of it.. if at all possible... any info would be extremely helpful and very much appreciated...
