The following dude is clearly upset about the state of the world. He obviously wants someone to teach his kids the basic fundamentals of learning, like Reading, Writing and Arithmetic. Too bad that he can’t spell, It’s Arithmetic not Arithetic, pal. Perhaps his sign should have read, “Teach Me Reading, Writing and Arithmetic, Not Gambling”.
