The following images are of some extreme bodybuilders. You got to respect the dedication that these fine men and women have put into their lifestyle. They are obviously not new to the sport of bodybuilding, and if you want to look anything like these behemoths, then you’ll need to get yourself into a regular workout routine that involves a lot of pain and sweat. PerhapsĀ beginning bodybuilding is best done when you’ve got a plan, or it may be best that you get a trainer. One day, with enough hard work, you may look just like these muscular bodybuilders. How much does steroids play a part in this, I don’t really know. Still, I think that the rest of society could learn a lot about commitment from these bodybuilders. I think they look awesome.

Hey Puneet, that’s a very good question. My money is on real, but with today’s Image software, it could be easily faked.
