A sure sign that you are not in North America, the street urinal is a definite shocker. I don’t expect that we’ll see any of these in an American city any time soon as it will most likely raise many moral and legal issues. But street urinals are common place throughout Europe and Asia, and it is an interesting insight into the mindset of different cultures and a good example of what’s taboo in one place may be commonplace somewhere else.
