According to the information that we were able to find, the following video was taken at a soccer match in Minsk, Lithuania. It shows referee Sergei Shmolik staggering off the pitch. Apparently to cover up for his inebriation, the ref is pretending that he has a back ache. Upon further investigation, blood tests done after this incident showed that the ref was intoxicated.
